Symptoms of diseases before falling ill



Human body is a magnificent machine. When things go wrong, it does not shut off without warning. Instead it sends us signals letting us know that something needs to be fixed. We need to be smart enough to recognize those signals. In this article I am going to share some signals and symptoms. By reading this article you will be having a clear idea just by looking at your body as to what your body is deficient in and how to fix it easily.

Cracking sound in joints


Do your knees pop when you bend them or may be the joints of your arm crack often. If yes then its a clear sign of calcium deficiency in the body. We know that calcium is responsible for strong bones and teeth. Low calcium level over a period of time may lead to arthritis.


Solution:


Say no to synthetic calcium tablets, instead use milk and milk products like cheese, curd etc along-with peanut butter in diet. However most effective way to this is to have a pinch of calcium carbonate (Choona) in curd and take it in empty stomach. If needed curd can be replaced with water. Have it regularly for about 2-3 months.


Bleeding gums

If your gums bleed while brushing or your tongue is prone to ulcers and cuts. Then it shows that the body is deficient in Vitamin C. Bleeding gums is a mild form of scurvy. At the cellular level, even the arteries are bleeding. Ignoring this signal may cause vascular system issues.


Solution:

The best way to fulfill the Vitamin C deficiency is to include gooseberry (amla) in diet. It can be consumed in the form of juice, powder, pickle, candy, boiled. Other source of Vitamin C are lemon, guava, orange, capsicum etc.


Weak brittle nails

Do you have weak brittle nails or suffering from peeling cuticles or may be your hair is dry or facing premature hairfall. These are clear indications that your body is deficient in biotin. Biotin is made by certain friendly bacteria in gut. When there is imbalance in the digestive system our body is unable to make biotin, due to which these symptoms come up.


Solution:


To increase the level of biotin in the body start eating probiotic foods. The best source of probiotic is having curd on an empty stomach with 1 teaspoon of jaggery powder mixed in it. Other good sources are pickle, apple cider vinegar.


Small white specs on nails

Check your nails if they have small white specs on them then this means your body is deficient of zinc. Zinc deficiency is common among people who eat sweets made of refined grains like cakes & pastries. Zinc is very important for both men and women. Zinc is essential for the production of testosterone in men. In women, zinc deficiency during pregnancy can negatively affect the fetus and the mother.


Solution:


Reduce intake of cake and pastries. Increase intake of nuts, seeds, lentils, legumes in the diet.


Vitamin B deficiency diseases


If you have crack heels or blood sort eyes or ulcers on lips then your body is deficient of Vitamin B2. If you have horizontal lines on your nails or suffering from wandering eyes then your body is deficient in Vitamin B1. Some people nails turns brown it is due to the deficiency of Vitamin B12. If there is redness around cheeks, nose, and forehead then this is a indication of Vitamin B6 deficiency. The deficiency of  Vitamin B is very common and is linked to the problems of skin, hair and digestive system. The major reason for Vitamin B deficiency is poor food choices.


Solution:


Stop eating junk foods like pizza, burger, chips, donuts etc and start eating home-made foods and the body will take care of the rest.


Pale face


If you have pale face or the redness of nails is turning white or your lips are losing their colour then these are the symptoms of low iron and hemoglobin in the body. Iron and hemoglobin are interlinked as iron is essential for the production of blood.


Solution:


Start using iron vessels for cooking. Beetroot, carrot, pomegranate, corn, apple etc are very helpful in improving the hemoglobin levels. To improve hemoglobin level it is also recommended to massage the body and exercise.


Vertical ridges on nails


Thyroid is the root cause for having vertical ridges on nails or loss of eyebrow or puffy eyes. Thyroid hormones regulates the metabolism and the way body utilizes carbs, proteins and fats. As the hormonal events are much more in women hence they are more prone to these symptoms.


Solution:


Start eating wholesome food and exercise regularly.


Poor night vision


If you are having poor night vision then your body is deficient of Vitamin A. Vitamin A deficiency is due to the congestion in liver. Even after eating vegetables some people face this problem as their liver does not have enough bile to break down and absorb Vitamin A from vegetables. 


Solution:


Vitamin A being fat soluble is found in ghee, cold pressed oils and butter. Add all these items  in your diet.


Body Cramps


Body cramps is a symptom of Vitamin E deficiency.


Solution:


Regularly massage the body with almond oil. You can even make 1 teaspoon of almond oil in milk and take it at night.


Whitening of tongue


Does your tongue turns white, it happens due to yeast overgrowth and the issues with the digestive system.


Solution:


Avoid taking antibiotics. Eat fruits and vegetables.
